Most stores are open tonight and tomorrow but here's the complete schedule.

Shoppers Food Warehouse Open Sunday to 10 p.m. Monday New Years Day 8 a.m. to 9 p.m.
Giant Sterling Town center Open Sunday to 9 p.m. Monday 8 a.m. to 9 p.m.
Grand Mart Open Sunday to 9:30 p.m. Monday 9 to 9:30 p.m.
Big Lots Open Sunday to 6 p.m., Monday 9 a.m. to 6 p.m.
Safeway Open Sunday to 10 p.m. Monday 8 to 10 p.m.
Bottom Dollar Sunday to 11 p.m., Monday 7 a.m. to 11 p.m.

Every store is great. They were giving out champagne samples at Shoppers. And the Grand Mart has a gigantic fresh fish market with colossal whole fish on ice and fresh live crabs.

Former President Gerald Ford lays in state at the U.S. Capitol until the funeral on Tuesday. If you plan on driving over park at Union Station or over by Stanton Park by car. Take metro in otherwise.

He lays in state in Statuary Hall, a historic chamber flanked by marble columns and statues of some of America's greatest leaders. The funeral service for the country's 38th president will take place on Tuesday at the Washington National Cathedral. The funeral procession route on Tuesday. Here's some details on the schedule:

Sunday-Monday (EST)
9 a.m. to 6 p.m.: Ford's body continues to lie in state. Rotunda open to the public.

Tuesday (EST)
8:30 a.m.: The casket is moved from the Rotunda to the U.S. Senate door for a period of repose.
9:15 a.m.: Departure ceremony on the east steps of the U.S. Senate followed by procession to Washington National Cathedral.
10 a.m.: Ford's remains arrive at the Cathedral.
10:30 a.m.: Funeral services begin.

Loudoun elected representatives in the General Assembly have announced plans for a public hearing Wednesday, Jan. 3, to learn the concerns of county residents. The hearing begins at 7 p.m. in the boardroom at the County Government Center on Harrison Street in Leesburg.
