DELGAUDIO HOLDS NEWS CONFERENCE TO ANNOUNCE NEW FUNDRAISING PROJECT
WILL ASSIST WITH COMMUNITY FIELD IMPROVEMENT PROJECT
Sterling Supervisor Eugene Delgaudio announced today he would hold a news conference and make a statement to announce plans for a Community Field Improvement Project in Sterling Park at 1 p.m. Friday February 23 in the Sterling Community Center on Enterprise Street next to the Fire House.
Delgaudio will also be available to comment on the 13 proposals announced to build a new county government center or for any other questions about the budget, or a fully funded $300,000 traffic improvement at Lincoln and Church Roads in Sterling Park using federal tax dollars. .
This project is a $250,000.00 capital program to renovate the community football field and will require a massive community wide campaign equivilent to the building of last year's Discovery Park project which cost $250,000 and the $187,000 for the planned tree planting on Sterling Boulevard.
No county tax dollars were used with these improvements.
