Debate Tuesday Park View HS

October 12, 2009

The Sterlingfest was a great success with hundreds signing our No Cars Parked On Lawns petition. Thank you.
And our little frogs and rubber ducks were a hit also.

Thank you to all the volunteers, participants, sponsors, volunteers, bands, marchers, singers, band members and the Sterling Foundation for making it a great event.

>>> LONG TIME LOCAL CANDIDATE IN DEBATE WITH CARPETBAGGER

TUESDAY OCT. 13 7 P.M. Park View HS

Tom Rust, who first was Mayor nearby Herndon for 20 years before running for the Sterling seat in the House of Delegates, and his opponent will be debating at Park View High School at 7 p.m. on Tuesday, October 13th. Get there 6:30 p.m. if you want a seat anywhere near the speakers!

I first started in local Virginia politics in 1981 just at the time that Frank Wolf, Tom Davis and Tom Rust were starting out ALSO. (There are some liberals who proclaim I am a newcomer. That is funny.)

The liberal Washington Post welcomed me, in 1981, with its first report on me on the front page of their metro section!

There will be some in this crowd attending this Tuesday's League of Women's Voters sponsored event that are stridently anti-Republican. Please attend if you can to balance it out. Tom Rust's carpetbagging opportunist opponent who splits his time between his Supervisor duties and raiding Sterling Park with lies and mistruths about me, is attempting to pass himself off as a "conservative" to you and others.

This is a terrible libel against all true conservatives of any political party. I am pained to correct his libel with truth. Stephens Miller is an alpha liberal. Thank you.
