DELGAUDIO PROPOSALS FOR REDUCING SPENDING
I will propose specific reductions as always to get the rate and the amount down.
The administrator in his presentation says that your amount of money you pay is the same amount as the year 2008.
That is what he says. I know many if not most subscribers are paying more than ever.
I am dealing with a board majority that claims to be saving taxpayers money, while increasing the spending and shutting me down whenever I propose either reduced spending or any reduced rates.
I voted "no" to increasing the taxe rate from $1.30 to $1.32 this year.

If you are new to my distro list, I also routinely offer motions to reduce spending by $100,000,000 and these are the motions that I offered last year that were REJECTED. I voted yes for my motions.

Over the years, some of my proposals were adopted. Most were rejected. Some are still being debated.
I will (again) have reductions to reduce the rate from 1.32 to your proposed rate of $1.15 as citizens have asked.
At 7 million dollars per penny, my $100 million in proposed reductions would yield a $1.15 which is what most citizens have asked.
